8-ball Pool Tournament
Recently, the Bremerton Senior Center challenged both Auburn Senior Activity Center and Renton Senior Activity Center to an 8-ball pool tournaments. About 12 participants (men and women) from each center played one another and had a ball! The Bremerton Seniors went to Auburn in April and then they came to Bremerton in September. Then in July Renton came to Bremerton and quite honestly, smoked the Bremerton gang. So, Renton, beware - Bremerton is ready for you, pick a date as we are ready to rumble!!
These tournaments are just friendly rivialry, really they are and are a great way to get two senior centers together who would normally not "hang out". Typically in Bremerton, the pool players don't attend trips but do love to go on these outings so it's a great way to get them involved in other activities!
